Maldive Fish Sambol:




Ingredients 

๐Ÿ“Œ500g onions sliced 

๐Ÿ“Œ100g Maldive fish flakes 

2-3 tablespoons Chili Flakes

๐Ÿ“ŒSalt as needed 

๐Ÿ“Œ1 lime Juice

๐Ÿ“ŒCurry leaves & Rampe

๐Ÿ“Œ1” Cinnamon Stick 

๐Ÿ“Œ3 Cardamom Pods

๐Ÿ“ŒOil for frying the onions


Method 

1️⃣Slice the onions and deep fry it in medium heat till golden colour. 

2️⃣In a large bowl add all the ingredients excluding curry leaves,rampe,cinnamon stick ,Cardamom pods mix well using your fingers.

3️⃣ In a large skillet add a teaspoon of oil and add the chopped curry leaves and Rampe, Cinnmon stick and cardamom pods .fry it for a minute and add the sambol mixture heat on low flame.stirring occasionally.when the mixture is hot it’s ready.
