Ingredients For the Pancake :
๐ŸŒน250g Flour
๐ŸŒน5 Eggs 
๐ŸŒน375 ml Fresh milk(check the consistency and add more if needed)
๐ŸŒน1/2 teaspoons Salt




Method: 

1️⃣In a blender blend all the ingredients without any lumps or you can use the hand whisk.Leave the batter aside for 30-40 minutes.if you make immediately it will tend to be rubbery.
2️⃣Heat a nonstick pan and pour a spoon full of batter and make a pancake.
3️⃣Keep some filling in the center of the pancake.
Fold all four sides to make a parcel.Make all the pancake parcels.
4️⃣Heat 2 tablespoons of oil or butter in a nonstick pan and keep 3 or 4 pancake parcels at once,cook both sides until golden brown
5️⃣Repeat the same with all the pancake parcels.
6️⃣You can make the Pancake Parcels and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days in an airtight container.when it is needed add oil or butter to the non stick pan and fry both sides.

Filling:
Ingredients:
๐ŸŒน300g Boil and shredded Beef or Chicken 
( Boil with turmeric powder,salt, ginger and garlic paste and pepper powder)
๐ŸŒน3-4 Onions Sliced
๐ŸŒน2 Green Chili chopped 
๐ŸŒน1 Small Tomato chopped 
๐ŸŒน1 teaspoon Chili powder
๐ŸŒน1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
๐ŸŒน 1  teaspoon Pepper powder (optional)
๐ŸŒน1/2 teaspoon Chili flakes (optional)
๐ŸŒนSalt to taste
๐ŸŒน1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder  
๐ŸŒน1 tablespoon Oil
Method: 
1️⃣Add oil to a pan,Add the Ginger and Garlic Paste,sautรฉ it.
2️⃣Add the Onions, Tomato and green Chili with the spices.Mix well.
3️⃣Add the shredded Beef or Chicken.Mix well.
4️⃣stir fry it until done and Switch off the fire.
