Bread Pudding:

Ingredients;
π·6 Slices of Bread
π·1 Egg
π·1/2 pint of Milk
π·1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
π·6 Dessertspoons Sugar
π·Margarine to spread on the bread
π·Strawberry Jam
π·A tablespoon each of chopped Dates,Candid peel,Ginger Preserve,Pumpkin Preserve,a few Suthanas and Chopped Cadjunuts.
(Add whatever nuts you like or you can make without adding even)
Method;
π·Spread Margarine and Jam on the bread slices and cut them into cubes.
π·Seperately beat the eggs.Now add milk,Sugar,Nuts,Vanilla.Mix well.
π·Arrange the bread Slices in a Loaf tin or Pyrex dish and pour the milk mixture on top of the bread.
π·Let it soak for half an hour.
π·bake at 150• in a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.
π·do not over bake,it should be soft and moisture inside.soaking the bread is more important.
