Bread Pudding:


๐Ÿ“๐Ÿž๐Ÿจ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿž๐Ÿจ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿž

Ingredients;

๐ŸŒท6 Slices of Bread
๐ŸŒท1 Egg
๐ŸŒท1/2 pint of Milk
๐ŸŒท1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
๐ŸŒท6 Dessertspoons Sugar
๐ŸŒทMargarine to spread on the bread
๐ŸŒทStrawberry Jam
๐ŸŒทA tablespoon each of chopped Dates,Candid peel,Ginger Preserve,Pumpkin Preserve,a few Suthanas and Chopped Cadjunuts.
(Add whatever nuts you like or you can make without adding even)

Method;

๐ŸŒทSpread Margarine and Jam on the bread slices and cut them into cubes.
๐ŸŒทSeperately beat the eggs.Now add milk,Sugar,Nuts,Vanilla.Mix well.
๐ŸŒทArrange the bread Slices in a Loaf tin or  Pyrex dish and pour  the milk mixture on top of the bread.
๐ŸŒทLet it soak for half an hour.
๐ŸŒทbake at 150• in a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.
๐ŸŒทdo not over bake,it should be soft and moisture inside.soaking the bread is more important.
