Bread Pudding:

Ingredients;

🌷6 Slices of Bread
🌷1 Egg
🌷1/2 pint of Milk
🌷1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
🌷6 Dessertspoons Sugar
🌷Margarine to spread on the bread
🌷Strawberry Jam
🌷A tablespoon each of chopped Dates,Candid peel,Ginger Preserve,Pumpkin Preserve,a few Suthanas and Chopped Cadjunuts.
(Add whatever nuts you like or you can make without adding even)

Method;

🌷Spread Margarine and Jam on the bread slices and cut them into cubes.
🌷Seperately beat the eggs.Now add milk,Sugar,Nuts,Vanilla.Mix well.
🌷Arrange the bread Slices in a Loaf tin or  Pyrex dish and pour  the milk mixture on top of the bread.
🌷Let it soak for half an hour.
🌷bake at 150• in a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.
🌷do not over bake,it should be soft and moisture inside.soaking the bread is more important.
