Coffee Chantilly:

Milk Coffee Layer Ingredients:
๐ŸŒน2 cups water
๐ŸŒน3 Tablespoons Coffee Powder 
๐ŸŒน1/2 tin Condensed Milk
๐ŸŒน1 tablespoons Sugar 
๐ŸŒน2 tablespoons Gelatin dissolved in 5 tablespoons water

Coffee Layer Ingredients:
๐ŸŒน2 cups water
๐ŸŒน1 1/2 tablespoons Coffee Powder 
๐ŸŒน2 tablespoons Gelatin soaked in 5 tablespoons of cold water.
๐ŸŒน3-4 tablespoons Sugar

Method:
1.Add the water and Condensed Milk to a pan and boil it.
2.Now add the soaked Gelatin,when it is dissolved take off from the fire.
3.pour 1/3 of the Milk coffee Mix in a glass bowl or Pyrex dish.
4.Leave to set in the refrigerator.
5.Heat the remaining 2 cups of water,add the coffee powder and sugar to it.
6.when it boils add the soaked Gelatin,stir until dissolved.Now Switch off the fire.
7.when the Milk Coffee layer sets add the 1/2 of the Coffee Mix and keep it in the refrigerator to set.
8.Then another Layer of (1/3) Milk Coffee.
9.Then again Coffee Mix (1/2).
10.Another Milk Coffee (1/3) Layer.
๐ŸŒนTotal of five Alternate Layers ๐ŸŒน
๐ŸŒนSet each layer and pour the other one carefully.๐ŸŒน
