Mini Pavlovas with custard sauce😁😁

Ingredients;

6 egg whites.
1 1/2 cups of sugar.
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice or cram of tartar.
2 teaspoons cornstarch.
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.

Method;
1. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks.
2. Add the sugar and beat well.
3. Quickly add the lemon juice and cornstarch and fold it well.
4. Now transfer to a piping bag with a 1 M Wilton Nozzle or a normal star nozzle.
5. Pipe as roses.
6. Bake at 100c’
7. Bake for one hour and fifteen minutes.
8. Turn the oven off and leave it inside for 30 minutes,oven door closed.

How to make the custard:
Ingredients;
500 ml Milk
3-4 tablespoons custard powder
Sugar to your taste.

Method:
1. Mix all in the ingredients in a pan,
2. Switch on the fire and stir well until thickens.
3. Pour it over the pavlovas just before serving and place raspberries on top.(you can use any fruit of your choice on top)
4. Enjoy 🌹
