Tomato Jam:



Serve as a side dish with any Biriyani or Ghee rice❤️

Ingredients:
๐Ÿ…Tomato 1 kg
๐Ÿ…Sugar 1 cup or to your taste.
๐Ÿ…Raisins 
๐Ÿ…Cashew nuts 
 ๐Ÿ…A pinch of salt 
๐Ÿ…Red food coloring ( to get the color)
๐Ÿ…Cinnamon stick Small piece
๐Ÿ…Cardamom pods 5-6
๐Ÿ…1/2 teaspoons cornflour dissolved in 1/4 cup of water
Method:
1.Add little water to a pot and boil the tomatoes.
2.when it boils switch off the fire and close with a lid and keep it aside to cool for five to ten minutes.
3.Peel the tomatoes ,smash it,don’t blend.
4.Add 2 cups of water and cook it until soft .don't close with a lid until finished cooking.
5.Add the sugar ,salt,coloring cook in low flame.
6.Add the plums ,Cashew nuts and mix well.
6.Add the cornflour mix ,cook on medium low heat until it is thick.switch off the fire.
7.Serve as a side dish with any biriyani or Ghee rice.
