Ingredients:

1 Tin Condensed Milk (395g)

1 1/2 tins of water

2 tablespoons Gelatin 

Blueberry’s 1 cup

4-5  tablespoons Sugar

For decoration:

1 cup Stewed pineapple 

Handful of blueberries 

Candid peel for decoration (optional)

Method:

1. Soak the gelatin in one cup of water .
2. Add the condensed milk and water to a pan with the sugar and boil it .
3. Add the soaked Gelatin to it,mix well until dissolved completely.
4. Let the Mixture cool.
5. Add the milk mixture to a blender,add the Blueberry’s .blend well.
6. Pour it into a Pyrex dish and leave it to set in the fridge.
7. When it’s half set sprinkle with decoration ingredients.and leave it in the fridge to set for 2-3 hours until well set.
