Butter Cake with American Butter Cream Frosting

Butter Cake:
๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿฐ
Ingredients:
๐ŸŒบ250gFlour 
๐ŸŒบ200g Sugar
๐ŸŒบ5 Eggs
๐ŸŒบ250g Butter 
๐ŸŒบ2 teaspoons Baking powder
๐ŸŒบ1/4 cup Milk 
๐ŸŒบ2 teaspoons Vanilla essence
๐ŸŒบColoring of your choice (optional)

Method
1.pre-heat the oven to 175c.
2.Beat the butter until creamy.
3.Add sugar into 3-4 batches and beat well after each Bach.
3.Gradually add the eggs one at time and beat it until smooth.
4.Then add milk and vanilla essence.
5.Finally add the flour  which is mixed with baking powder,fold it until well combined.add coloring (optional)
6.Pour batter into the lined and greased cake tray.
7.Bake  for 35-40 minutes .insert a tooth pick to check wether it comes out clean.then it’s ready.
8.cool it on a wire rack.



American Butter Cream frosting:

๐ŸŒบ250g  butter 
๐ŸŒบ400g Icing sugar 
๐ŸŒบ1 tablespoon Milk 
๐ŸŒบ1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 

1.Sieve icing sugar.
2.Beat the butter Until creamy.
3.Add the icing sugar little by little and beat until everything mixed  well.
4.Add the vanilla Essence and beat again.
