No bake Chocolate Cheese cake

 Amazingly delicious easy, 

No Bake Chocolate Cheese cake with Chocolate Sauce Topping :

๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฐ


Cheese cake:

Ingredients:

๐Ÿฐ250g cream cheese 

๐Ÿฐ240 g cold whipping cream (1 cup)

๐Ÿฐ1 tsp vanilla essence

๐Ÿฐ55g caster sugar

๐Ÿฐ1 tsp lemon juice



Biscuit Base:

Ingredients;

๐Ÿฐ 150gm Digestive biscuits (about 13-15 biscuits)

๐Ÿฐ2 tbsp. cocoa powder

๐Ÿฐ2 tbsp. powdered sugar

๐Ÿฐ85gm melted butter

๐Ÿฐ1 teaspoon vanilla essence 


Chocolate sauce Topping :

Ingredients:

๐Ÿซ1 1/2 cups milk


๐Ÿซ2 tablespoons  butter (30g)


๐Ÿซ4 -5 tablespoons  sugar


๐Ÿซ4 tablespoons  cocoa powder


๐Ÿซ2 tablespoons whipped cream


๐Ÿซ2  tablespoons  corn flour (more for thicker sauce)


๐Ÿซ1 teaspoon vanilla essence.


Method:


1.Add  the milk, sugar, cocoa powder and corn flour to a pan.Mix it until a smooth paste has formed.


2.Heat  over medium flame until the mixture begins to boil.


3.Reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes,switch off the fire.


4.Add the butter,mix well to blend in the sauce mixture.


5.Add the vanilla Essence and the whipped cream,stir well


6.Make sure the chocolate sauce is completely cool before pouring over the cheesecake.


7.Pour it all over the Cheese cake or drizzle it On top when serving.(I poured it all over )

Method to make the base:


How to make the biscuit base and the Cheese cake:

๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฐ

1.Crush the digestives either in a plastic bag with a rolling pin or in a grinder.


2.add the cocoa powder and sugar, pulse or mix until combined. 


3.Add the melted butter and mix well.


4.Press the biscuit base in an 8″ spring form pan. 


5.Cover  with the cling film ,refrigerate the base.


6 .Meanwhile prepare the cheesecake filling.


7.Whip the cream until peaks form,Cover with the cling film and refrigerate.


8. Add the sugar and lemon juice to the cream cheese. Mix well until the cream cheese no longer has any lumps and the sugar is completely dissolved. 


9.get the whipped cream from the refrigerator and add it into the cream cheese. Add the vanilla. 


10.mix the cream cheese and whipped cream mix ,until the mixture is smooth and well combined.


11.Pour the mixture into the prepared base.


12.cover with cling film and allow to set, at least 5 to 6 hours.


13.Prepare the sauce when it is set after 5 hours.


14.Pour it over the dessert and refrigerate for half an hour.

15. Remove the spring tray .
