1 Egg
🌺2 teaspoons Salt
🌺4 tablespoons Sugar
🌺6 tablespoons Butter or margarine
🌺Warm water to knead

Beat well and keep it aside.
Method.
1.Add Flour to a bowl with sugar, yeast and salt,Mix it nicely knead with warm milk and warm water.knead for about 3 minutes to develop the dough.
2.Once the dough is smooth and elastic, add the butter and continue kneading until the butter is completely incorporated.
3.Knead until the dough is smooth, shiny and elastic.
4.Cover with a damp cloth or cling film and leave it aside to rise for one hour.
5.Divide the dough into 100g Balls.
🌺First roll out individual portion of the dough.
🌺Tightly roll up the dough to form a cylinder. 🌺Pinch to seal the seams and edges for an evenly sealed shaped roll of dough.
6.place the buns on parchment lining baking sheet about 2-3 inches  apart.
7.leave it aside to proof again for 30-45 minutes.I kept it inside the oven to rise.you can cover with plastic wrap too.
8.Apply Egg mix on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190c for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.
9.Immediately after baking, whilst still hot, cover with a kitchen towel to retain moisture and keep them soft.
When you’re ready to eat ,Make a slit on the top center.Spread a bit of Mayonnaise or Mustard cream.and Tomato Ketchup on the inside keep a sausage.Drizzle some ketchup and Mayonnaise or Mustad cream over the top of the sausage.decorate it how you please.

My Tip:
🌹when you knead the dough always use warm milk or warm water.Cold Milk is fine, though it may potentially lengthen your rising times a bit.
🌹For making ahead,It’s best to  freeze as these buns freeze beautifully! You can freeze for up to 2 months.
🌹You can make  this and store in room temperature  for up to 3 days.
🌹Freeze in a Zip log bag or Container.
