Satay Chicken Kebab:


๐Ÿง…๐Ÿ—๐Ÿซ‘๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿ—๐Ÿซ‘๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿง…๐Ÿ—๐Ÿซ‘๐Ÿฅ—

Ingredients:
๐ŸŒนBoneless Chicken 500g (cut into cubes)
๐ŸŒนChili Powder 4 teaspoons 
๐ŸŒนCoriander Powder 4 teaspoons 
๐ŸŒนSoya Sauce 4 tablespoons 
๐ŸŒนTurmeric Powder 1/2 teaspoons 
๐ŸŒนGinger and Garlic paste 2 teaspoons 
๐ŸŒนSalt 1 teaspoon 
๐ŸŒนLemon Juice 1 tablespoons 

Method:
1.put all the ingredients into a deep bowl .Mix everything well.
2.Leave it aside to marinate for one hour or best overnight.
3.Thread 3-4 chicken pieces into Skewers (Bamboo or Metal Skewers).if you want you can thread bell peppers and onions.
4.Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large non stick pan over Medium High Heat.Pan Fry the Chicken.
5.Cook skewers in batches for 5 minutes on each side until the meat is fully cooked and the surface is nicely charred on both sides.brush with some oil while grilling.do not over cook the chicken as they will become tuff.






Tips:
๐ŸŒนSoak the bamboo skewers in water for at least two hours.this will prevent the bamboo skewers burned.
๐ŸŒนMarinate the Chicken overnight with the marinade for deeper flavors.
