Hummus:
Ingredients:
๐น1 Can Pre-Boiled Chickpeas ( or 1 cup Soaked fresh Chick pea seeds overnight and boil it with salt)
๐น2 tablespoon Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
๐น3 Garlic Cloves - Crushed
๐นSalt to taste
๐น5-6 tablespoon Tahini Paste (optional)
๐น3-4 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
๐นPinch of Paprika
METHOD :
1️⃣Add the chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, salt and Tahini in a food processor
2️⃣Blend to a creamy purรฉe, add water if you wish to make a more smoother paste.
3️⃣ Add to a serving dish and smooth out with a back of a dinner spoon.
4️⃣ Add a handful of chickpeas on top.
5️⃣Drizzle with the olive oil .
6️⃣Add the freshly chopped parsley leaves.
7️⃣Sprinkle with Paprika.
8️⃣ Serve with hot pita bread cut into strips or quarters Or
You can serve with Freshly cut Cucumber Strips and carrots.
