Hummus:






Ingredients:

๐ŸŒน1 Can Pre-Boiled Chickpeas ( or  1 cup Soaked fresh Chick pea seeds overnight and boil it with salt)

๐ŸŒน2 tablespoon Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice 

๐ŸŒน3 Garlic Cloves - Crushed

๐ŸŒนSalt to taste

๐ŸŒน5-6 tablespoon Tahini Paste (optional)

๐ŸŒน3-4 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

๐ŸŒนPinch of Paprika


METHOD :

1️⃣Add the chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, salt and Tahini in a food processor 

2️⃣Blend to a creamy purรฉe, add water if you wish to make a more smoother paste.

3️⃣ Add to a serving dish and smooth out with a back of a dinner spoon.

4️⃣ Add a handful of chickpeas on top.

5️⃣Drizzle with the olive oil .

6️⃣Add the freshly chopped parsley leaves.

7️⃣Sprinkle with Paprika.

8️⃣ Serve with hot pita bread cut into strips or quarters Or 

You can serve with Freshly cut Cucumber Strips and carrots.
