Green Peas Curry:




Ingredients :

❤️250 grams liver (cut into small cubes)

❤️50 grams cashew nuts 

❤️2 Carrots  cubed

❤️1 cup boiled Green peas 

❤️ 1 Onion chopped 

❤️2-3 Green chilies 

❤️1 Tomato chopped 

❤️Curry leaves 

❤️Rampe 

❤️ 2 tablespoons Ginger and garlic paste 

❤️ 1 cup Thick coconut milk 

❤️ 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 

❤️1/2 tsp Chili powder (optional)

❤️1 tsp Cumin powder 

❤️Salt 

❤️1 tablespoon Oil 

Method 

1️⃣Soak cashew nuts in water about an hour and keep it aside. 

2️⃣Heat oil and add ginger garlic paste and curry leaves and rampe along with half of the onions and sauté for about 5 minutes .

3️⃣ Add the liver and cashew nuts and put it on slow fire. And let it cook on slow fire till liver is cooked and now add onions, green chilies and tomato. Along with the spices.Mix it well. Now let it cook in medium fire and add boiled green peas and cubed carrots and cook until everything is well combined and cooked. Add thick coconut milk and simmer for a couple of minutes and add jeera powder and switch off the heat.

📌You can make this curry without adding liver.
