Coffee Cake:



Ingredients:

🍰250g flour

🍰250g sugar

🍰250g butter

🍰5 eggs

🍰2 teaspoons baking powder

🍰1 tablespoon NescafΓ© dissolved in 2 tablespoons water

🍰1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder 

🍰1 teaspoon vanilla or Coffee Essence.


 Method:

1️⃣Sieve the flour with the baking powder

and keep it a side.

2️⃣Dissolve  the Nescafe powder with hot water and keep aside.

3️⃣beat the butter and sugar till fluffy

then add the eggs one at a time.

4️⃣Add-the seived flour and fold it very gently.

Add add the dissolved Nescafe to the batter and fold.don’t beat.

5️⃣Pour the batter to a greased baking Bake at 180 c• for 25 minutes.


❤️Cool the cake at least for one to two hours before frosting.


Coffee crème Icing:

Ingredients:

🍰100g butter

🍰300-350g icing sugar

🍰2 teaspoons Nescafé dissolved in 2 teaspoons hot Water

🍰1 teaspoon coffee Essence or Vanilla Essence(optional)

🍰1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder 

🍰4-5 tablespoons Roasted Peanuts,Walnuts or Cashew nuts 


Method :-

1️⃣Beat the butter till fluffy.

2️⃣Add the icing sugar slowly by slowly till well combined.

3️⃣Add the essence,Coffee,Cocoa and beat well until smooth. 

4️⃣Sandwich and Frost the cake as you want and sprinkle chopped or whole roasted peanuts on top.
