Coffee Cake:
Ingredients:
๐ฐ250g flour
๐ฐ250g sugar
๐ฐ250g butter
๐ฐ5 eggs
๐ฐ2 teaspoons baking powder
๐ฐ1 tablespoon Nescafรฉ dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
๐ฐ1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
๐ฐ1 teaspoon vanilla or Coffee Essence.
Method:
1️⃣Sieve the flour with the baking powder
and keep it a side.
2️⃣Dissolve the Nescafe powder with hot water and keep aside.
3️⃣beat the butter and sugar till fluffy
then add the eggs one at a time.
4️⃣Add-the seived flour and fold it very gently.
Add add the dissolved Nescafe to the batter and fold.don’t beat.
5️⃣Pour the batter to a greased baking Bake at 180 c• for 25 minutes.
❤️Cool the cake at least for one to two hours before frosting.
Coffee crรจme Icing:
Ingredients:
๐ฐ100g butter
๐ฐ300-350g icing sugar
๐ฐ2 teaspoons Nescafรฉ dissolved in 2 teaspoons hot Water
๐ฐ1 teaspoon coffee Essence or Vanilla Essence(optional)
๐ฐ1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
๐ฐ4-5 tablespoons Roasted Peanuts,Walnuts or Cashew nuts
Method :-
1️⃣Beat the butter till fluffy.
2️⃣Add the icing sugar slowly by slowly till well combined.
3️⃣Add the essence,Coffee,Cocoa and beat well until smooth.
4️⃣Sandwich and Frost the cake as you want and sprinkle chopped or whole roasted peanuts on top.
