 Jaggery Agar Agar Pudding:

Ingredients:

๐ŸŒบ10g Agar Agar Strands

๐ŸŒบ3 Cups Water

๐ŸŒบ1 Cup thick Coconut Milk

๐ŸŒบ2-3 tablespoons Caramelised 

๐ŸŒบ100g Jaggery 

๐ŸŒบ4 tablespoons Brown Sugar

(Adjust sugar and jaggery to your taste)


Method:

1️⃣Soak the agar Agra strands in water for 30 minutes.

2️⃣Switch on the fire.

3️⃣Cook until all the strands dissolves completely.

4️⃣Add the coconut milk or coconut cream.Mix well.

5️⃣Add the Jaggery and the sugar.

6️⃣Mix well until dissolves.

7️⃣Add the Caramelised sugar.Stir well.

8️⃣Switch off the fire and pour  the mixture into desired mould or dish.

9️⃣Leave it aside to Cool completely then refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set.

1️⃣0️⃣Once it is set, you will notice two layers are formed. The jaggery mixture will be immersed to the bottom due to its density whereas the milk layer will be on top.
