Air Fried Tandoori Chicken:

Ingredients:

▪️12 chicken legs 

▪️2 tablespoon Ginger & Garlic Paste

▪️2 teaspoons Cumin Seed Powder 

▪️2-3 teaspoons Chili Powder 

▪️2 teaspoons Garam masala powder 

▪️1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 

▪️2 teaspoons Coriander powder 

▪️12 tablespoons Yoghurt or Curd

▪️2 tablespoons Olive Oil

▪️1 teaspoon Pepper Powder 

▪️2-3 tablespoons Kastoori  Methi( dried Frnugreek leaves)

▪️4-5 tablespoons lime juice 

▪️Pinch of red food colouring  

▪️2 teaspoons Salt 


Method:

1️⃣ Clean and wash the chicken.leave it in a strainer to remove all the excess water,Make 3-4 Deep Incisions.

then wipe with a kitchen towel to remove the extra moisture.

2️⃣Make the marination with coriander powder, cumin powder, Chili Powder,Kastoorimethi, turmeric powder, garam masala powder,Red Food Colour,Salt and the yoghurt.

3️⃣Mix it to a smooth paste.add the lemon juice and mix.

4️⃣Add all the Chicken pieces and rub it all over the chicken making sure to apply well between all the slits and inside.Add the oil and mix well.

5️⃣cover it with Cling film or store in a Container and refrigerator overnight or for at least 2-3 hours.

6️⃣Arrange it in the airfryer and bake for 20-25 minutes for 200c•

7️⃣Remove from oven and serve hot, garnished with sliced onions and lime wedges and also can be heated on griddle if serving later.


*️⃣If you are baking Apply oil to the wire rack and arrange the marinated Chicken on it. keep it on a tray to avoid spilling in your oven.

*️⃣Preheat the oven fir 250c•Cook for 25 -30 minutes till the chicken is tender and Ready.
