Aka Sweet Rulang Kanji:






Ingredients:

๐ŸŒท1 cup semolina (rulang)

๐ŸŒท1 cup thick coconut milk 

๐ŸŒท5 cups Water or thin Coconut Milk

๐ŸŒท200g Jaggery (use according to your sugar level)

๐ŸŒท2-3 tablespoons sugar  

๐ŸŒท3 tablespoons Caramelized Sugar (optional)

๐ŸŒท1” Cinnamon Stick 

๐ŸŒท2-3 Cardamom pods

๐ŸŒทPinch of salt 

๐ŸŒทCashew nuts and raisins (optional)


Method 

1️⃣Add 3 Cups water to a pan and boil on medium heat.add the rulang and salt.Cook it without any lumps. Add the cinnamon and cardamon.Stir well and add the Jaggery.cook for a couple of minutes.

3️⃣Add the thick coconut milk boil once and switch off the fire.

4️⃣Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins. 5️⃣serve hot.
