 Cous Cous With Vegetables:

Ingredients:

πŸ“Œ1 cup cous cous

πŸ“Œ1 1/cups water

πŸ“ŒSalt

πŸ“Œ1 teaspoon Oil


Method

1️⃣Boil the water with oil and salt.once it starts boiling switch off the fire and add the cous cous and close with a tight lid.leave it aside for 5 minutes.


2️⃣Separate the Cous Cous grains with a fork.


Ingredients for the temepring:

πŸ“Œ1 onion chopped 

πŸ“Œ1 carrot 

πŸ“ŒHandful of Sweet corn

πŸ“Œ1 teaspoons Ginger and Garlic paste

πŸ“Œ1/2 teaspoons Turmeric Powder 

πŸ“Œ1 teaspoon chilli powder 

πŸ“Œsalt to taste

πŸ“Œ1/2 teaspoons Cumin Powder 

πŸ“Œ1 tablespoons Oil

Method

1️⃣Heat oil in a pan.

add the onions,stir it .add the ginger and garlic paste to the onions and continue frying the onions till it turns golden brown in colour. 

2️⃣Add the carrots and sweet Corn and stir fry for 2 minutes.Then add the spices and mix well. Finally add the cous cous and mix well, leave it on the flame for 2 min and then switch off the fire.

3️⃣If the cous cous is too dry you can add a little water to make it moist.Serve hot.


πŸ“ŒIf you want you can add bell pepper,leeks, beans or any vegetable of your choice.
