๐ŸŒนSome Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese Slices

How to Make the Buns:

1️⃣Divide the dough into 75g to 100g portions, depending on what size buns you want.

2️⃣Proceed with viewing the video for steps to see how the bun is shaped.

3️⃣Roll the dough to a rectangular shape, snip the sides with scissors or a knife, put filling in the center and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese or sliced cheese pieces.

4️⃣Fold each side so they overlap each other (like a braid) the filling will show slightly.

Brush the top with beaten egg mixture, sprinkle sesame seeds.leave it aside covered with a cling film for 30 minutes for the second proof (This is optional)

5️⃣Bake in a preheated oven at 190c for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.

6️⃣Immediately after baking, whilst still hot, brush a bit of butter on the buns, then cover with a kitchen towel to retain moisture and keep them soft.

Tips On Freezing:

❤️  You can bake big batches of chicken bread at a go and then wrap them well with cling film or foil, put it in zip log bags and freeze. They can keep up to 4 weeks. When you need one, just thaw it out overnight in the fridge or keep it out on the counter until it’s thawed out, then unwrap and zap it in the microwave for a minute or so until it warms up, and then splash a little bit of water using your fingertips on it and put it in the oven for about 5 minutes to freshen it back up. Becomes as good as new!
