1lb dates (500kg) with dates
1 cuptea (strong) 1 1/2 tea cups
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
250 g flour
250g sugar

150g Butter
5 eggs
100g cadju
25g candid peel
100g sulthana

method
1. make a strong tea and put bicarbonate of soda into it and put the dates and keep for 12 hours to soak.
2. beat sugar and butter and add the egg one by one .
3.beat well
4. add the sulthana ,cadju now,squeeze the dates(slightly) and fold it and add flour and fold it.
5. now add vanilla mix it well and bake it.
(at 150 c-for 30 minutes)
