Blueberry muffins ๐Ÿง

Ingredients:
๐ŸŒน115g unsalted butter
๐ŸŒน 150 g sugar
๐ŸŒน  2 eggs
๐ŸŒน 1tsp vanilla
๐ŸŒน  ½ tsp orange zest
๐ŸŒนcinnamon
๐ŸŒน 1-2tbsp orange juice
๐ŸŒน2 tsp baking powder
๐ŸŒน½ tsp salt
๐ŸŒน  200 g  flour
๐ŸŒน 1 cup frozen blueberries
๐ŸŒน  1/3 cup Greek yogurt or plain yoghurt 
 ๐ŸŒน1/3 cup Milk

Method:
๐ŸงBeat butter with mixer (or fork) until smooth.
๐ŸงSlowly by slowly add the sugar while still mixing.
๐ŸงAdd eggs, vanilla, orange zest, baking powder, some cinnamon, salt and beat again. At this point add the orange juice form a bottle or squeezed orange. From the measured out flour add 2tbsp to the frozen blueberries.
๐ŸงAdd 1/3 tsp bp to the Greek yoghurt and fold in with half of the measured out flour. Fold in the remaining half with the milk.
๐ŸงSoftly fold in the blueberries

Crumb topping (optional)
  Mix brown sugar with cinnamon and butter and sprinkle ontop of the muffins.

Bake at 170 degrees for 15-minutes ๐Ÿ˜€
