I want to show you how to make bread when you don’t have a loaf tin during this quarantine๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

I used my same Sri Lankan Thati paan recipe ingredients for this bread  ๐Ÿž  I added half Atta flour ( whole wheat flour)and white flour.

๐Ÿž๐Ÿฅ–๐Ÿž๐Ÿฅ–๐Ÿž๐Ÿฅ–๐Ÿž๐Ÿฅ–๐Ÿž๐Ÿฅ–
Ingredients:

500g flour
1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup of warm water
1 teaspoon salt
Coconut oil or olive oil for brushing

Optional;
 ๐ŸŒนOats,white and black sesame seeds
๐ŸŒน one egg beaten to brush the top of bread if you are sprinkling on top.

Method;

1)put all the other  ingredients and knead the dough for 10 minutes,

2)keep the dough covered with a damp cloth and leave it to rise for one hour.

3) shape the dough as directed in the picture.place it on the oiled tray or Pyrex dish (whatever oven proof dish you have)

4)brush  it with oil and keep aside to rise inside in the tin for one more hour.

5)brush with egg yolk before baking,if you want to sprinkle Oats,black and white sesame seeds.otherwise just brush with oil.

6)bake at 180• for 30-40 minutes.in a pre- heated oven.

7)enjoy your fresh,crispy Bread ๐Ÿž
