Fish Buns - Malu Paan

Ingredients:
❣️500 g Flour
❣️2 teaspoons Instant yeast
❣️1 1/2 teaspoons salt
❣️2 teaspoons sugar
❣️1 Egg ( optional)
❣️3 tablespoons Milk powder or 1 cup fresh milk
❣️3 tablespoons Butter or Margarine
❣️Warm Water
Method:
1.Add the Flour to a bowl ,add salt mix well.
2.Add the yeast and sugar and mix it,then add the butter mix it,(if you are adding milk powder you can add now)Add the egg then add milk and start kneading the dough.add warm water if the milk is not enough,knead at least 10-15 mnts into a very soft, elastic dough.
3.Dough should be very soft and light to the touch. Cling wrap or cover with a damp napkin and leave to double in size for one hour in a warm place.
Filling: (Filling can be your own choice)
1. Roll the dough in 1/4 cm thickness and cut into rounds.or if you want to make with more dough take a flour ball,press it with your fingers and make the circle shape,keep the center a little bit thicker than the outer layer.keep a tablespoonful of filling in the center of the rolled circle.
2.Now it’s time for the three-step folding process.
Fold the left side of the circle over the filling into an angular straight line.then fold the right side of the circle over the filling towards the filling towards the left side. Finally fold the bottom of the circle upwards over the filling making a triangular shape.
3.Make sure to pat the edges to seal any loose ends.check the step by step pictures.
4.Place them in a well greased baking tray.Make sure to have enough baking space in between buns as they continue to rise a bit when they bake.
5.Brush then with egg (you can sprinkle sesame seeds in top if you like)
6.Set it aside to for about 30 minutes to rise(optional)
7.Bake at 200 to 20-25 Minutes.
