Katta Sambol


Ingredients:
๐Ÿ‹๐ŸŒถ๐Ÿง…๐Ÿ‹๐ŸŒถ๐Ÿง…๐Ÿ‹๐ŸŒถ๐Ÿง…๐Ÿ‹๐ŸŒถ๐Ÿง…๐Ÿ‹
๐ŸŒบ1 big onions or ( 10-15 shallots)
๐ŸŒบ2-3 teaspoons chilli pieces (You can add more if you want spicy)
๐ŸŒบSalt 
๐ŸŒบ2 tablespoons lime juice 
๐ŸŒบ1/4 teaspoons pepper powder
๐ŸŒบ2-3 teaspoons Maldive fish (optional)
Method:
1.Slice the onions.
2.Add everything to the grinder and grind it.
3.Spicy,Tempting Katta sambol is ready.

๐ŸŒน๐ŸŒนyou can serve with pol Roti,Kiribath(Milk Rice)
Hoppers,Masala Vade,Boiled Casava ,Boiled Sweet potatoes.
