Our Sri Lankan Gnakatha:
- Gnakatha:(Sri lankan)
Ingredients:
πΉ250g Flour
πΉ100g sugar
πΉ1 Egg
πΉ1 teaspoon Lime Juice
πΉ50g Butter
πΉ1 teaspoon Baking Powder
πΉ1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Method:
1.Beat the butter and sugar,Mix well.
2.Add the egg and beat.
3.Mix the flour,baking powder,vanilla and lime juice.
4.Knead it to make a dough.
5.Make into Small balls.
6.Flatten it with your palm,Moist one side with water and dip in Sugar.
7. Arrange it on a buttered tray and bake at 180c for 20
