Polos Rolls:







Ingredients:
Boil  the jack fruit with :
500g Jackfruit (or one Tin)
1 teaspoon salt,
2 teaspoons chilli powder,
1 teaspoons coriander powder ,
little pepper powder,
 small piece of Goraka
Cinnamon stick small piece.
Curry leaves and Rampe 
Smash it and keep it aside.(I used the polos Can)
 
500g Potatoes (cubed)
2 Onions
1 green chili chopped 
1-2 Leeks chopped 
1-2 teaspoons Chili powder 
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoons Pepper powder 
1 teaspoon Cummin seed powder 
1 Can Tuna

Method:
1.Add oil to a pan.
2.Add the half the onions stir it.add the boiled and smashed polos.
3.Add the Tuna mix well.Add the spices and the potatoes.stir it
4.Add one cup of water to cook the potatoes.
When the potatoes are half cooked  the onions and Leeks mix well.check the salt.
5.Cook until the curry is dry.


Rolls Batter:
3 Cups Flour 
3 cups water
1 Egg
 Pinch of Turmeric powder 
1 teaspoon Salt 
Water
1.Whisk or blend all the ingredients  and make the batter  without any lumps.
2.Make the rolls as shown.
3.Add some water to the same batter and make it more watery and then dip in that and then roll in breadcrumbs.
4.Deep fry in medium hot oil.
