Soft Pudding:

Ingredients:

🍍 1 pineapple Stewed (cut in to small cubes)
🍍1 Tin Condensed Milk(397g)
🍍3 Egg whites
🍍2 tablespoons Gelatin dissolved in one cup of hot water
🍍4-5 tablespoons Sugar
🍍2 tablespoons lime Juice (optional)
🍍2 teaspoons Vanilla Essence 
Method:
  1. Mix 1 1/2 Tins of water to the Condensed Milk.
  2. Mix well,add the sugar to it and keep on Fire.
  3. Bring it to a boil.
  4. Add the Dissolved gelatin,mix well.
  5. Let it to cool.
  6. Add the stewed pineapple to it and beat well.(you can blend it)
  7. Beat the Egg whites until stiff and fold it in the milk mixture until well combined.
  8. Add the vanilla and lime juice mix well.
  9. Pour it in a Glass dish.keep in the refrigerator.
  10. Decorate with pineapple pieces after 30 minutes when it is half set(I have colored the pineapple and sprinkled on top with some Raisins).
  11. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set.
