TANDOORI CHICKEN:

🌹For one Chicken leg add 1 tablespoon of yoghurt or Curd.

Ingredients:

▪️12 chicken legs 
▪️2 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste 
▪️2 teaspoons Cumin Seed Powder 
▪️2-3 teaspoons Red Chili Powder 
▪️2 teaspoons Garam masala powder 
▪️1 teaspoon Turmeric powder 
▪️2 teaspoons coriander powder 
▪️12 tablespoons plain yogurt 
▪️2 tablespoons olive oil
▪️2 teaspoons pepper powder 
▪️2-3 tablespoons Kastoori  Methi( dried Frnugreek leaves)
▪️4-5 tablespoons lime juice 
▪️Pinch of orange coloring 
▪️2 teaspoons Salt (add accordingly)

Method:
1️⃣Wash and clean the chicken and leave it in a strainer to remove all the excess water,then wipe with a kitchen towel .Make 3-4 deep incisions.
2️⃣Make marination with coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilies, kasoorimethi, turmeric powder, garam masala powder,Add a pinch of orange color,Salt and the yoghurt.
3️⃣Mix it to a smooth paste
4️⃣Add all the Chicken pieces and rub it all over the chicken making sure to apply well between all the slits and inside.
5️⃣cover it with Cling film and put in the refrigerator overnight or for 2-3 hours.
6️⃣Apply oil to a wire rack and arrange the marinated Chicken on it. keep it on a tray to avoid spilling in your oven.
7️⃣Preheat your oven to 250c. Cook for 25 -35 minutes till the chicken is tender and browned.
8️⃣Remove from oven and serve hot, garnished with sliced onions and lime wedges and also can be heated on griddle if serving later.
