Traditional Middle Eastern dessert

Ingredients;
Milk 100ml
Corn flour 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Rose water 1 tablespoon
Raisins 10
Cashew nuts chopped 10
Vermicelli 2 cups
Butter 2 teaspoons
Ghee 2 teaspoons
Pistachios finely chopped 1 teaspoon

Method;

1. Boil the milk with corn flour in a pan,cook for. 2-3 minutes.
2. When it boils it will form a slight thick mixture.

3. Boil the sugar with the water in a pan to make like a gulab Jamun syrup.
4. At last add rose water.
5. Boil it for 1 minute,switch off the fire.
6. In a bowl add raisins,cashew nuts,Almonds,vermicelli,butter,
7. Slightly crush them.
8. Add ghee and mix it.
9. Take a baking tray and place one layer of vermicelli,pour some milk mixture.
10. Repeat the layers
11. Last layer of vermicelli and press it with your fingers.
12. Bake at 180 c for 15 minutes,until it slightly golden brown in color.
13. Loosen edges with a knife and demolish into a plate or leave it in the glass bowl itself.
14. Pour hot sugar syrup on top and garnish with pistachios.
15. Kunafa is ready to eat.
