Potato Milk Curry :
Potato Curry with Boiled Potatoes;
Ingredients:
๐ผ300 grams boiled potatoes (Cut into Slices or Halves)
๐ผ1 medium sized onion
๐ผ1 medium sized tomato
๐ผ1/2 teaspoon Frenugeek seeds
๐ผ2 green chilies
๐ผCurry leaves
๐ผRampe
๐ผMaldives fish flakes (optional)
๐ผ1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
๐ผ1 teaspoon red chili powder
๐ผ1 tablespoon Oil
๐ผ1 cup of thin coconut Milk or water
๐ผ1 cup thick coconut milk
๐ผSalt to taste
Method
1️⃣Heat oil in a pan.
2️⃣Add 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds and when it flutter s add curry leaves and rampe.
3️⃣Eventually add onions , green chilies and tomato. Add Maldives's fish flakes and mix well.Add the Frenugeek seeds.Cook it for few minutes while adding the spices.
3️⃣ Add the thin coconut Milk or water and bring it to a boil.
4️⃣Add the potatoes and cook it for 5 minutes (close with a lid)
5️⃣Add thick coconut milk,Stir while boiling and switch off the fire.
