Chicken Masala Curry:

Ingredients:
π1 kg Chicken
π2 Onins(Fried)
π1 small onion chopped
πSmall piece Tomato
π3-4 Green Chili’s
πRampe(Pandan Leaves)Curry leaves
π1”Cinnamon
π3-4Cardamom pods
π1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
π2 tablespoons Chili Powder
π1 tablespoon Curry powder
π1-2 teaspoons Cummin Powder
πSalt to taste
π5 Tablespoons Yoghurt
π2 tablespoons Ginger and Garlic Paste
π1 Bay Leaf
π1 tablespoon Oil
π1 teaspoon Pepper Powder
π1 teaspoon Frenugeek
π2 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
π1 Cup Water
Method:
1.Fry the onions until golden brown.take it off and keep it aside.you can use store bought Fried onions too.
2.Add Oil to a pan.
3.Add the Onions,Ginger and Garlic Paste stir it.
4.Add Cinnamon stick,Cardamom Mix well.
5.Add the chopped Onion sautΓ© it with tomato and green chili for 1 minute.
6.Add 1 tablespoon of chili powder to the oil to get a lovely red color.
7.Add to the chicken(,yoghurt ,Chili powder,turmeric,Cummin powder,the remaining chili powder,pepper powder and Curry Powder).
8.Mix it and pour it over the sautΓ©ed onion mix.
9.Add 1 cup of water to cook the chicken.
10.Now add the frenugeek seeds.mix well,add the fried onions.close with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes .
11.Add the bay leaf and Garam Masala at this point to get a nice aroma.
12. Cover and cook for 5 more minutes until the gravy is thick.
13.Switch off the Fire.
14.Serve with Chapathi,Naan or Rice.
15.Garnish with Coriander leaves.(optional)
