Chicken Masala Curry:

Ingredients:
πŸ—1 kg Chicken 
πŸ—2 Onins(Fried)
πŸ—1 small onion chopped
πŸ—Small piece Tomato 
πŸ—3-4 Green Chili’s 
πŸ—Rampe(Pandan Leaves)Curry leaves
πŸ—1”Cinnamon 
πŸ—3-4Cardamom pods
πŸ—1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder 
πŸ—2 tablespoons Chili Powder 
πŸ—1 tablespoon Curry powder 
πŸ—1-2 teaspoons Cummin Powder 
πŸ—Salt to taste
πŸ—5 Tablespoons Yoghurt 
πŸ—2 tablespoons Ginger and Garlic Paste
πŸ—1 Bay Leaf
πŸ—1 tablespoon Oil
πŸ—1 teaspoon Pepper Powder 
πŸ—1 teaspoon Frenugeek 
πŸ—2 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder 
πŸ—1 Cup Water

Method:
1.Fry the onions until golden brown.take it off and keep it aside.you can use store bought Fried onions too.
2.Add Oil to a pan.
3.Add the Onions,Ginger and Garlic Paste stir it.
4.Add Cinnamon stick,Cardamom Mix well.
5.Add the chopped Onion sautΓ© it with tomato and green chili for 1 minute.
6.Add 1 tablespoon of chili powder to the oil to get a lovely red color.
7.Add to the chicken(,yoghurt ,Chili powder,turmeric,Cummin powder,the remaining chili powder,pepper powder and Curry Powder).
8.Mix it and pour it over the sautΓ©ed onion mix.
9.Add 1 cup of water to cook the chicken.
10.Now add the frenugeek seeds.mix well,add the fried onions.close with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes .
11.Add the bay leaf and Garam Masala at this point to get a nice aroma.
12. Cover and cook for 5 more minutes until the gravy is thick.
13.Switch off the Fire.
14.Serve with Chapathi,Naan or Rice.
15.Garnish with Coriander leaves.(optional)
