 Air Fried Tandoori Chicken Wings:


This recipe achieves the same restaurant-quality tandoori flavors and taste, A short marination time of one hour ensures deliciously tender and juicy chicken wings ,yet is surprisingly easy to make in your air fryer or oven (no traditional tandoor required)!



📌1kg Chicken Wings

📌1 tablespoon Ginger & Garlic Paste

📌3- 4 teaspoons Chili Powder 

📌2 teaspoons Garam masala powder 

📌1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 

📌2 teaspoons Coriander powder 

📌1/2 cup plain Yoghurt or Curd

📌4 tablespoons lime juice 

📌Pinch of red food coloring 

📌1 teaspoons Salt 


Method:

1️⃣ Wash the chicken Wings,leave it in a strainer to remove all the excess water.then wipe with a kitchen towel to remove the extra moisture.

2️⃣Add the Wings to a bowl and add the coriander powder, Chili Powder,turmeric powder, garam masala powder,Red Food Color,Salt and the yoghurt.

3️⃣Mix everything well and leave it to marinate for one hour .

4️⃣ Transfer the Chicken Wings to the air fryer basket in a single layer in the air fryer basket.Air fry at 200c• for 15 minutes .Cook 6-7 minutes each side until golden brown and fully cooked through.

5️⃣You can also bake the chicken Wings  in a preheated oven at 250c• for 13- 15 minutes .
