This recipe achieves the same restaurant-quality tandoori flavors and taste, A short marination time of one hour ensures deliciously tender and juicy chicken wings ,yet is surprisingly easy to make in your air fryer or oven (no traditional tandoor required)!



πŸ“Œ1kg Chicken Wings

πŸ“Œ1 tablespoon Ginger & Garlic Paste

πŸ“Œ3- 4 teaspoons Chili Powder 

πŸ“Œ2 teaspoons Garam masala powder 

πŸ“Œ1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 

πŸ“Œ2 teaspoons Coriander powder 

πŸ“Œ1/2 cup plain Yoghurt or Curd

πŸ“Œ4 tablespoons lime juice 

πŸ“ŒPinch of red food coloring 

πŸ“Œ1 teaspoons Salt 


Method:

1️⃣ Wash the chicken Wings,leave it in a strainer to remove all the excess water.then wipe with a kitchen towel to remove the extra moisture.

2️⃣Add the Wings to a bowl and add the coriander powder, Chili Powder,turmeric powder, garam masala powder,Red Food Color,Salt and the yoghurt.

3️⃣Mix everything well and leave it to marinate for one hour .

4️⃣ Transfer the Chicken Wings to the air fryer basket in a single layer in the air fryer basket.Air fry at 200c• for 15 minutes .Cook 6-7 minutes each side until golden brown and fully cooked through.

5️⃣You can also bake the chicken Wings  in a preheated oven at 250c• for 13- 15 minutes .
