chicken soup

Ingredients:
200g chicken boiled
spring onions chopped
2 pint chicken stock
100g cabbage
1 tsp grated ginger & garlic
2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1/2 cup of water
2 tbsp soya sauce
100g noodles (optional)
salt pepper
2 eggs

method:
1️⃣Boil the chicken with salt and pepper.
2️⃣Shread the chicken and keep it aside.
3️⃣thinly shread the cabbage.
4️⃣Heat the oil in a pan.add ginger& garlic,stir it.
add the chicken (boiled).then add soya sauce,salt,pepper,cabbage and spring onions
5️⃣Add the chicken stock.when the stock boils add the beaten egg and stir quickly.
6️⃣Add the dissolved cornflour,boil once ,take off from fire.pour into a bowl.Finally add the boiled noodles and switch off the fire.
