Pizza cup cakes

Ingredients;
500g Flour
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons yeast
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
1 egg
Warm milk one cup or warm water to knead

🌹Any filling for the pizza
🌹Tomato Ketchup
🌹Grated Mozzarella Cheese

Method:
1. Knead the dough adding all the ingredients and cover it with a damp cloth and leave it aside to rise for one hour.
2.roll the dough into 1/4 cm .then cut small rounds from a cookie cutter or small circle.
3. Grease a cup cake tray and place the dough circle on it
4.apply tomato ketchup, keep the filling .sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 200c for 15- 20 minutes until fine.
