My version of Popcorn Chicken or Chicken Popcorn

Chicken popcorn or Popcorn Chicken 😁😁
This is a kid Favorite Recipe 🍿🍗🍗🍿
   
Ingredients:

500g Chicken breast
 1 teaspoon Pepper powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon Cornflour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder if you have

For coating:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup corn flour
1 tbsp red chillie powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano or dried coriander leaf

Method:
1. Cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces. Marinate with all the ingredients and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
2. Make the coating in a separate bowl.
3. Add the chicken pieces into the flour mixture one at a time
4. Shake off the excess flour.
5. Fry in medium hot oil .until golden brown. Enjoy 😊
