Quick Mushroom soup:






๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿž๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿž๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿž๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿž๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿž
Ingredients:
๐ŸŒน125g mushrooms
๐ŸŒน1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
๐ŸŒน2 cups chicken stock
๐ŸŒน1 cup milk (you can use powder milk also)
๐ŸŒน2 teaspoon cornflour
๐ŸŒนSalt and pepper
๐ŸŒนSome spring onions ( you can add parsley instead of this )

Method:
1)Chop the mushrooms and add ginger and tbsp garlic to oil temper it .
2)add mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes,add pepper and salt add milk and stock.
3)cook over medium flame till the mushrooms are cooked. When it boils add cornflour. (Dissolved in a little stock)
4)Boil it once and sprinkle spring onions on top.
5)Enjoy with bread rolls or plain.
