Chocolate Chip Toaster Cakes:

 

Easy Tea Time Snack,

Cake in a Sandwich Maker within 5 Minutes:

Ingredients:

🍫125g Butter Or Margarine

🍫80g Sugar

🍫125g Flour

🍫2 Eggs

🍫1 teaspoon Baking Powder

🍫1 Cup Chocolate Chips

🍫1 teaspoon Vanilla  Essence 

🍫Milk 2 tablespoons 

Method:

1️⃣Beat the Butter and Sugar.

2️⃣Add one egg at a time.Beat well.

3️⃣Fold in the the flour and baking powder.

4️⃣Switch on the toaster, Grease it and  add 3-4 tablespoons of cake batter,sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.

5️⃣Close the Toaster and toast for 5 minutes or until done.

(Recipe Yield -10-12 toaster cakes)

Tip: To check for doneness, simply dip a toothpick into the cakes;if the toothpick comes out clean and dry, you know the cake is ready, if not, you’ll have to leave it for an extra minute or until well done.
