Sweet Chili Sauce:

Ingredients:

🌹1/3 Cup Sugar 

🌹1/3 Cup Water

🌹1/3 Cup Vinegar 

🌹1/4 teaspoon Salt

🌹1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup (optional)

🌹1 tablespoon Chili Flakes

🌹1 tablespoon Garlic Paste

🌹1 tablespoon CornFlour

Dissolve in 

🌹2 tablespoons water

Method:

1️⃣ Add Sugar,Salt,Chili Flakes,Garlic Paste,Vinegar,Water,Tomato Ketchup to a pan.

2️⃣Cook on Medium heat for 5 minutes.

3️⃣Dissolve the Cornflour in 2 tablespoons of water.

4️⃣Pour the cornflour mixture.

5️⃣Cook Until light thick Consistency.(1-2 minutes)

6️⃣Transfer to a bottle when it’s cool and refrigerate until needed.
