Wood apple & Dates Juice:

Ingredients:

🌹1 wood apple

🌹2 cups Water

🌹1/2 cup thick coconut Milk

🌹100g Jaggery or Sugar to your taste 

🌹3-4 Dates

🌹Pinch of salt


Method:

1️⃣ Break the  Wood apple.The prettiest way is to hit it around the belly of the fruit with the back of a knife until it neatly splits open.

2️⃣Scrape out the flesh of it into a blender.

3️⃣Add the jaggery or Sugar,Dates,Coconut Milk,water and 

blend it to a smooth juice.

5️⃣Enjoy.
