Ingredients

📌1 Cup light brown sugar

📌2/4 cup honey 

📌1 1/2 cups hot water
📌1 teaspoon vanilla essence
📌1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon powder


Method:


1️⃣Combine the sugar, honey and water in a large sauce pan over medium heat.bring to a boil.


2️⃣Turn heat to medium-low and continue to simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently.

3️⃣Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Then stir in the vanilla essence. Serve over pancakes or allow to cool and then place in Jars.
