This cake i made for my son Imaad and Iyaad's birthday on 2016.i decorate it with hard butter icing and parchment icing.

Ingredients: 📌1 tin condensed Milk (390 grams) 📌400g    sugar 📌1/2 cup sliced cashew nuts 📌2 tablespoons Butter 📌1 tablespoons powdered Cardamon 📌1/2 Tin Water Method: 1️⃣Grease a square 9-inch baking pan with 2 teaspoons butter. 2️⃣In a large nonstick pan add Milkmaid sugar and water and bring it to boil in medium heat.keep stirring constantly for like 20 minutes. Sri Lankan Thati paan: 🍞 🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞 Ingredients: 500g flour 1/2 cup of milk 1 tablespoon yeast 1 tablespoon sugar 1 cup of warm water 1 teaspoon salt Coconut oil or olive oil for brushing Method; 1)put all the other  ingredients and knead the dough for 10 minutes, 2)keep the dough covered with a damp cloth and leave it to rise for one hour. 3)cut the dough equally into two pieces.
