Ingredients
* 250g cream cheese 
* 240 g cold whipping cream (1 cup)
* 1 tsp vanilla essence
* 55g caster sugar
* 1 tsp lemon juice

Ingredients;
* 150gm Digestive biscuits (about 13-15 biscuits)
* 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
* 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
* 85gm melted butter
* 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 

Ingredients for the Blueberry Sauce;
* 2 cups fresh or frozen Blueberries 
* 3 tablespoons sugar 
* 1-2 tsp. corn flour
* 1/3 cup water( 79ml)
Method:

1.Crush the digestives either in a plastic bag with a rolling pin or in a grinder.
2.add the cocoa powder and sugar, pulse or mix until combined. 
3.Add the melted butter and mix well.
4.Press the biscuit base in an 8″ spring form pan. 
5.Cover  with the cling film ,refrigerate the base.
6.Now  prepare the cheesecake filling.
7.Whip the cream until peaks form. Cover. 8. Add the sugar and lemon juice to the cream cheese. Mix well until the cream cheese no longer has any lumps and the sugar is completely dissolved. 
9.get the whipped cream from the refrigerator and add it into the cream cheese. Add the vanilla. 
10.mix the cream cheese and whipped cream mix until the mixture is smooth and well combined
11.Pour the mixture into the prepared base.
12.cover with cling film and allow to set, at least 5 to 6 hours.
13.Prepare the sauce when it is set after 5 hours.
For the Blueberry Sauce;
1wash the fresh or Frozen Blueberry’s.
2.Reserve a third of the Blueberries.
3.Mix water and corn flour until dissolved, pour into a pan and add the Blueberries and sugar. 
4.Simmer until the sauce thickens. 
5.Pour the sauce into a blender and blend until smooth, 
6.then pour it back into the pan.
7.Add the reserved blueberries and simmer for another 2 minutes.
8.add the vanilla essence, mix well.
9. Pour it over the dessert and refrigerate for half an hour.
10. Remove the spring tray .
