Chick Pea Salad






๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿฅ’๐ŸŒถ๐Ÿ…๐Ÿง…๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿฅ’

This Healthy summer Chick Pea Salad with cucumber and tree tomatoes is great for lunch or as a side dish with anything you’re grilling.

Chickpea Salad is a complete meal that is low in fat, high in protein and incredibly delicious!  A super power salad that is so satisfying, and …fun! 

Ingredients:

๐Ÿฅ’2-3 Refreshing Cucumbers,cut into bite size pieces. 

๐Ÿ…Some juicy halved Tree Tomatoes (or normal tomato diced)

๐ŸŒฟ2 cups Soaked overnight,boiled and drained chick peas or canned chick peas

๐Ÿง…I added some small onions,you can add one big onion.chop it finely.

๐Ÿ‡Add a handful of dried fruits you like.I have added some dried Cranberries.(optional)

๐Ÿ‹Half Lemon Juice.

๐ŸŒถ Add chopped green chillies if you want.

๐ŸŒบ2 tablespoons Olive Oil.

๐Ÿง‚dash of salt and pepper.

❤️combine all the ingredients together and toss well.Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€

๐Ÿฅ‘๐ŸŒถYou can add some bell peppers and add  diced avocado for some healthy fats and creaminess,Add it into the salad just before serving( I didn’t add these ingredients)
