Chick Pea Salad

This Healthy summer Chick Pea Salad with cucumber and tree tomatoes is great for lunch or as a side dish with anything you’re grilling.

Chickpea Salad is a complete meal that is low in fat, high in protein and incredibly delicious!  A super power salad that is so satisfying, and …fun! 

Ingredients:

πŸ₯’2-3 Refreshing Cucumbers,cut into bite size pieces. 

πŸ…Some juicy halved Tree Tomatoes (or normal tomato diced)

🌿2 cups Soaked overnight,boiled and drained chick peas or canned chick peas

πŸ§…I added some small onions,you can add one big onion.chop it finely.

πŸ‡Add a handful of dried fruits you like.I have added some dried Cranberries.(optional)

πŸ‹Half Lemon Juice.

🌢 Add chopped green chillies if you want.

🌺2 tablespoons Olive Oil.

πŸ§‚dash of salt and pepper.

❤️combine all the ingredients together and toss well.Enjoy πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

πŸ₯‘πŸŒΆYou can add some bell peppers and add  diced avocado for some healthy fats and creaminess,Add it into the salad just before serving( I didn’t add these ingredients)
