This Healthy summer Chick Pea Salad with cucumber and tree tomatoes is great for lunch or as a side dish with anything you’re grilling.

Ingredients:
π₯2-3 Refreshing Cucumbers,cut into bite size pieces.

Some juicy halved Tree Tomatoes (or normal tomato diced)
πΏ2 cups Soaked overnight,boiled and drained chick peas or canned chick peas

I added some small onions,you can add one big onion.chop it finely.
πAdd a handful of dried fruits you like.I have added some dried Cranberries.(optional)
πHalf Lemon Juice.
πΆ Add chopped green chillies if you want.
πΊ2 tablespoons Olive Oil.
π§dash of salt and pepper.
❤️combine all the ingredients together and toss well.Enjoy ππ
π₯πΆYou can add some bell peppers and add diced avocado for some healthy fats and creaminess,Add it into the salad just before serving( I didn’t add these ingredients)
