Curd Pudding/Yoghurt Pudding:



Ingredients:
curd 500g ( yoghurt ) 
strawberry jelly 1 pkt 
milkmaid 1 small tin. 

METHOD 
Put curd , milkmaid to a bowl and add the jelly which is mixed with 2 cups of hot water. And beat well , and pour into the Pyrex dish  and keep in the refrigerator to set

Finally if you want put a thin layer of strawberry jelly on top .

🍮🍮🍮🍮🍮🍮 Custard Ingredients: 🍮1 tin Condensed Milk (397g) 🍮1 tins Water (use the same tin) 🍮5 Eggs 🍮1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence Caramel Ingredients: 🍮1/2 cup sugar  How To Make The Caramel: 1️⃣Put the sugar in to a metal pan and cook over  medium heat.  2️⃣Let the sugar melt.Once it turns into a brown color, take out from the stove and pour the caramel into the bowl or baking tray, which you are going to bake the caramel pudding. 3️⃣Spread evenly and leave it aside. How To Make The Custard: 1️⃣Beat the eggs well with a whisk or Beater. 2️⃣Pour the condensed milk and water beat well. Sri Lankan Thati paan: 🍞 🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞 Ingredients: 500g flour 1/2 cup of milk 1 tablespoon yeast 1 tablespoon sugar 1 cup of warm water 1 teaspoon salt Coconut oil or olive oil for brushing Method; 1)put all the other  ingredients and knead the dough for 10 minutes, 2)keep the dough covered with a damp cloth and leave it to rise for one hour. 3)cut the dough equally into two pieces. Ingredients: 📌1 tin condensed Milk (390 grams) 📌400g    sugar 📌1/2 cup sliced cashew nuts 📌2 tablespoons Butter 📌1 tablespoons powdered Cardamon 📌1/2 Tin Water Method: 1️⃣Grease a square 9-inch baking pan with 2 teaspoons butter. 2️⃣In a large nonstick pan add Milkmaid sugar and water and bring it to boil in medium heat.keep stirring constantly for like 20 minutes. ( when starts boiling the mixture will rise and overflow so watch the heat carefully) keep stirring. 3️⃣When the mixture start to get thick and change the color into light brown.add cardamons powder and keep stirring.
