Jujubs
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 OZS gelatine.
1 1/2 cup water.
1 lb sugar.
juice of an orange.
coloring.
METHOD:
1. mix the gelatine, sugar and water,put it on the fire,and add the orange juice.
2. while stirring.remove it from the fire and stir it till its cooled.
3. add coloring,spread it on a buttered tray.when it is cooled cut into squares and spray sugar. all over.
