Sausage Bun

Ingredients:
Flour 500g
3 tablespoons butter ,margarine or olive oil
1 egg
2 teaspoons Instant Yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoons salt
1 cup warm milk and some warm water to knead
πAny Sausage of your choice (don’t cook the sausage)

Method;
1. Put all the ingredients to a bowl, knead it with milk and warm water.
2. Cover it with a damp cloth and leave it to rise in a warm place for one hour,
3. Then roll it into 1/2 cm thick And cut into strips
4.wrap it around the sausage as shown.
5.Brush it with a beaten egg or plain milk.
6.bake in a pre heated oven at 200 for 20 - 25 minutes.
