Rose Sherbet Sanja:

Ingredients 

5 grams agar agar

1/4 tin condensed milk 

2 cups fresh milk 

Sugar as needed 

2-3 tablespoons Rose syrup

1 tablespoon Soaked poppy seeds(Kasa Kasa)

Method 

1️⃣Soak the agar agar in cold water in a small bowl for 5 minutes.

2️⃣Mix condensed milk, fresh milk and sugar in a pan keep it in the fire.

3️⃣When it starts boiling,add the agar agar mix well until all the agar agar dissolves.

4️⃣Add the Rose Syrup.Pour into a glass bowl and pour 2-3 tablespoons of rose syrup.

5️⃣Add the kasa Kasa seeds and mix well.Let it cool and leave it in the refrigerator till sets. 

6️⃣Turn the set agar agar into a plate.
