This Chick Pea salad is a simple blend of Boiled Chick Peas,Onions,Green Chillies and Cherry Tomatoes with a tangy tamarind chutney dressing.All tossed together and perfect addition to any Meal or Snack And it will take only 5 minutes to make.

again! It keeps well if you prep it ahead of time.
Ingredients:
๐ฅ2 Cups Soaked and Boiled Chick peas
๐ฅ1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala
๐ฅ1 teaspoon Chili Powder
๐ฅ1 tablespoon Garam Masala Powder
๐ฅSalt to taste
๐ฅ1/4 cup Tamarind Juice
๐ฅ1 onion Chopped or Sliced
๐ฅSome Cherry tomatoes or 1 medium tomato chopped
๐ฅ2-3 Green Chillies sliced
๐ฅ1-2 lemon Juice
Method:
1️⃣In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Mix well until combined. Taste and add additional lemon juice, salt if necessary.
2️⃣Serve immediately, or chill until you’re ready to serve. Leftovers keep well, covered in the refrigerator, for up to 4 days.
