 This Chick Pea salad is a simple blend of Boiled Chick Peas,Onions,Green Chillies and Cherry Tomatoes with a tangy tamarind chutney dressing.All tossed together and perfect addition to any Meal or Snack And it will take only 5 minutes to make.

again! It keeps well if you prep it ahead of time.

Ingredients:

🥗2 Cups Soaked and Boiled Chick peas 

🥗1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala

🥗1 teaspoon Chili Powder 

🥗1 tablespoon Garam Masala Powder 

🥗Salt to taste

🥗1/4 cup Tamarind Juice

🥗1 onion Chopped or Sliced

🥗Some Cherry tomatoes or 1 medium tomato chopped 

🥗2-3 Green Chillies sliced

🥗1-2  lemon Juice

Method:


1️⃣In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Mix well until combined. Taste and add additional lemon juice, salt if necessary.

2️⃣Serve immediately, or chill until you’re ready to serve. Leftovers keep well, covered in the refrigerator, for up to 4 days.
