One-Pan Creamy Tagliatelle

Ingredients
• 4–5 nests tagliatelle
• 10 cherry tomatoes (halved)
• 1 small onion (sliced)
• 2 garlic cloves (sliced)
• 1 handful fresh basil seeds
• 3 tablespoons parsley chopped
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 4 tablespoons passata
• 1/2 pack heavy cream
• Hot stock or hot water (to almost cover the pasta)
• Salt & black pepper
• Parmesan (for serving)
Method
- Add the tagliatelle to a large pan.
- Top with cherry tomatoes, onion, garlic and fresh basil.
- Add passata, olive oil, oregano, salt and black pepper.
- Pour in the cream along with hot stock (or water), just enough to almost cover the pasta.
- Cover and cook until the pasta softens.
- Remove the lid and simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce becomes rich and creamy.
- Finish with a generous sprinkle of parmesan and enjoy!
