ingredients;
1 lb tomatoes
1/4 oz ginger
1/4 oz garlic
1/4 oz chillies
1/4 bottle vinegar
1/4 lb sugar
2 teaspoons salt

method;
Boil tomatoes in half vinegar and pass through a sieve. Grind chillies , garlic and
ginger in vinegar. Boil sugar all together in vinegar, and add to the tomato puree, after
strainning cook till thick.
